The First Translation Project Finalized
We have finalized translating the first book of our project from English to Amharic. The name of the book is called “Designed for Dignity” and it is written by Dr. Richard Pratt. Dr. Pratt is a professor of Old Testament at Reformed Theological Seminary at Orlando campus. He is also the founder and president of Third Millennium Ministries. In this book, Dr. Pratt shows from Scripture how God’s amazing design for humanity can be realized in his people. Solid biblical insights, vivid illustration, and helpful questions for review and discussion make the book a valuable resource for group study as well as for individual use. God has given us an opportunity to translate this book in to Amharic language and it is now ready for printing. This is our first project in the translation ministry of our church. We have also finalized identifying books that we would like to translate next year.
