Cindy Neal is an adoptive mother and has worked as an adoption social worker for 9 years for Bethany Christian Services. She graduated from Baylor University with her degree in Social Work.
She and her husband Paul have three children, two of whom were adopted from Ethiopia. Cindy has had a heart for orphans from a very young age, which has been developed over the years through travel and missions experiences in various countries.
Cindy and her family live near downtown Indianapolis. Cindy enjoys spending time with her church community and her family, traveling, and reading.
