Cedric D’Hue has been a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2005. He has drafted, filed and prosecuted patent, trademark and copyright applications to issuance. He has drafted patentability opinions, invalidity and obviousness opinions and freedom to operate opinions.
Cedric has incorporated business entities, drafted corresponding business documents and advised businesses regarding their contract provisions. He has assisted all sizes of businesses from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Cedric received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Tufts University (1999). Cedric received his master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University (2002) and his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis (2005).
Cedric has been actively involved in Indiana and Indianapolis. He champions the Patent Income Tax Exemption law (Indiana Code 6-3-2-21.7). Cedric is active in his community as leader of his church’s Financial Stewardship ministry. To see his full biography, click here.
